Hi Everyone!
So, I am currently coming up on about mid-way through my first semester. I chose Penn Foster because right now a traditional college with financial aid is just not an option. However, my long term goals are to obtain a Bachelor's degree. I know exactly where I want to work and I know that I need at least a Bachelor's to get in the door. Working toward an Associate degree in the meantime sure beat sitting around getting no where until I could actually get into a traditional 4-year program. I'm wondering if anyone knows of colleges that will accept my Associate credits so I may build up to my Bachelor's once I graduate from Penn Foster. I am located in Rhode Island currently and may be moving to Connecticut in the near future. Online programs (or mainly online programs) are a HUGE plus because it makes it far easier to balance school, work, and family but I am just curious as to my options. I've done some digging of my own but there is just so much regarding types of credits and accreditation that I didn't know if maybe someone else has already been there-done that and may know some helpful info. I just hate to think all my hard work with Penn Foster will amount to nothing when wanting to expand and get my Bachelor's. Thanks in advance!
