Thank you for the assistance. I did try to open but seems the fields for " first name" , last name" and "Email address" are locked? Prior to your response, i did send a note to the help desk. Someone did access the system and deleted the " Mr." They did push back on the last name issue asking more detail. I did provide further clarity. As a result, I did receive a message that the "last name"field was corrected? Unfortunately, he field still remains in error as my first and last name remain in the " last name" field. Again, thank you for the help as I will put closure to this issue. As far as not being able to open the fields in question, possibly it is the result of me being on the global program?
