Re: Frustrated I cannot get on the community page on my desktop keep saying "This page can't be displayed; My hubby just got this for me, it is an all in one gateway windows 8; i did a free upgrade to 8.1. Want to be able to do work on my desktop
I have no ideal what happen to my computer this weekend; plus I am very new to windows 8. I had upgraded to windows 8.1, I think that is where the problem begin, when that was loaded, it would not let me go to the community. so I downloaded the google chrome went to use that, all of a sudden they wanted me to upgrade flash player, so I did that on top of upgraded jave which pop up, it started download other things. A program call Browsersafe guard came on which took over the proxy of my IE. It was just a day of downhill spiral; because I just got the computer for my Birthday and Mother's Day Present, and what other special event my husband told me to throw in.(smile). All of a sudden I started getting popups on my computer of xxx;"What The" I quickly went to store back to factory mode. Will not put 8.1 till I have master windows 8, FYI (Make sure you go the the app, and right click on the program or app you want to delete first, it will take you to the remove site, delete if from there. So Far All is Well!!!

It takes up to 48 hours(business days) for them to open a course. If it isnt open by Tuesday call Student Services.
